Super Survivors: The Needs of a Plant

We have been learning LOTS about plants in our "Super Survivors" Inquiry unit.

We have even grown lots of our own plants like mustard, grass, beans and sunflowers!

Daffodil Day

On Friday it was Daffodil Day. 

This is a day when we dress up in yellow and green to raise money for the New Zealand Cancer Society.

We each dressed up and brought a gold coin.

We also made some awesome daffodil hats and had lots of fun parading around the hall wearing them.

We looked awesome! 

 Congratulations to Hunter, who won a prize for his costume!
